An extra verse written for the English translation of a traditional Polish Christmas Carol (W żłobie leży/Infant Holy, Infant Lowly). This third verse debuted with a Community Christmas Choir in Sydney, Australia in 2019:
Hearts uplifting, Wise men gifting,
Gold and frankincense and myrrh,
Stars shine brightly, send forth lightly
Peace, goodwill, to all on earth;
Pure and holy, meek and lowly,
Blessed Mary, rocks him slowly,
Christ the babe on Christmas morn,
Christ the babe our saviour born.
…a reflection on the Artist ‘Banksy’…
Mirror, mirror, Met Ball
If thou art art
Would it matter at all ?
If mirror, mirror you did fall,
And shatter illusions
That art is for all....
Shakespearean Dream
What is this thing that we begin ?
Frail, fragile space that lies within
my heart;
Holds claim
to moments unrestrained
by thoughts just wandering.
